ABOUT US
BTA was started by Percival Boezak, who noticed the need in the Security Industry for well trained security officers. He has +- 20 years experience in the security industry in various training codes. He started his career in the SANDF where he worked as an Instructor and joined Gray Security services where he worked for 10 years in the training department. Percival is a registered Instructor with PSIRA and NKP Secretariat. He recently completed a Workplace Skills Development Diploma at UWC and is registered as an Assessor and Moderator through SASSETA.
Our Instructors/ Facilitators, Assessors and Moderators are also registered with the various Institutions. We are able to deliver and evaluate learning programmes that culminate in the achievement of credits attached to registered unit standards and qualifications. BTA is 100% BEE owned and managed.
Our main focus is to bring these skills development opportunities that are offered by the SETA closer to the people. We hope to make a difference in the lives of people so that they will be able to find employment with the newly learnt skills. The centre is close to public transport.
